Need to me more professional for a 5 stars hotel,do not speak english!,I Was taking my breakfast and one of the staff stopped me and asked me to sign the bill/I was astonished,I normaly signed at the end/luck of tacts,she was rude /also no sign of shuttle at the airport/it was mentioned before booking the hotel

The location was great, very close to the airport and the gym had some nice equipment. The breakfast was included in the price, which was a nice touch. There were plenty of choices and it was very tasty.

The staff was not very helpful and most of them did not speak English. When I had an issue with the internet, no one was able to help me fix it.

The policy regarding the "Free" airport shuttle which operates only 1 time per hour, this makes no sense since the airport is only 4 km from the hotel. Additionally I was advised that the shuttle would be able to take me immediately to the airport if I was willing to pay 100 rnb ( $16.00 usd). The taxi ride to the airport cost 20 rnb.

We had a luxurious stay at this hotel, with exclusive amenities that fulfilled our every need. the service was remarkable and attentive, with staff going above and beyond to cater to our requests. the indoor swimming pool was heated and perfect for a relaxing swim after a long day exploring the city. We also enjoyed spending time in the garden area with comfortable sun loungers and live entertainment in the evening.

the bar/lounge area made up for this with a delicious buffet breakfast and a range of special diet menus available.

Good Entering the venue, I was greeted warmly and quickly checked-in to my luxurious room with exclusive amenities. the room advantages included a spacious layout, comfortable bed, and a lovely view of the garden area. In the restaurant, I enjoyed a delicious continental breakfast with a vast variety and special diet menus. the heated swimming pool and foot massage at the private facilities then relaxed me completely.

Cons My only minor issue with the hotel was the lack of live entertainment. I was hoping for a bit more leisure or TV room with games.
